End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Trucking with AI Inc.governing your access to and use of Built4U TMS and the other Trucking with AI services, including related software, websites, and support (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
License grant
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services, or use them to build a competing service, except as permitted by law.
Ownership
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.
Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Confidentiality commitment, which describe how your information is handled. We don't use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited.
