  1. New OrderA shipper's PDF, photo or email becomes an editable order.
  2. CoveredCarrier checked, rate con and BOL sent for e-sign.
  3. DeliveredThe driver uploads the BOL and POD from a link.
  4. InvoicedShipper invoiced on your terms, POD attached.
  5. SettledThe shipper has paid and the carrier is paid.

Built with brokers

Our broker TMS is younger than our carrier TMS. It already runs real brokerage freight, and we're building it out with the brokers who use it every week. You get a say in what comes next, and the changes ship in days.

Where we start

The three problems we start with.

  1. Paperwork rejections.

Wrong BOLs and PODs mean rejected invoices.

Carriers get an upload link for every load, and we check the paperwork against the load before it goes to billing.

  2. Double entry.

Every load typed into the TMS, then your factoring portal, then QuickBooks.

We send it once, in your exact format.

  3. Missed contract loads.

By the time the tender email arrives, someone else has the load.

We accept contract tenders on your lanes the second they post.

  1. Get orders in without retyping

    • PDF to order

Drop in a shipper's PDF, photo or saved email. AI turns it into an editable order.

      Status: Available

    • Shipper and receiver masters

Enter a pickup site or receiver once. Hours, appointment rules and driver instructions fill every rate con.

      Status: Building now

    • Lane rate memory

Your lane book prefills carrier pay when you cover. Import up to 500 lanes from a spreadsheet.

      Status: Available

  2. Cover loads with carriers you trust

    • Carrier onboarding link

Send one link. The carrier uploads COI, authority, W-9 and voided check, then e-signs your agreement.

      Status: Available

    • FMCSA Carrier Check

Type an MC or DOT number. Get green, yellow or red against your own rules, with every reason.

      Status: Available

    • Insurance guard

A carrier whose insurance lapses before delivery can't be put on the load.

      Status: Available

    • Carriers ranked by on-time

The carrier picker ranks your carriers by on-time history, and says when there isn't enough yet.

      Status: Available

    • Rate con at cover

Pick the carrier and the rate con and BOL are generated, stored and ready to send.

      Status: Available

    • Carrier e-sign

Carriers sign the rate con from a link. The signed copy is saved on the load.

      Status: Available

    • Your own mailbox

Rate cons, invoices and packets go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.

      Status: Available

  3. Paperwork that doesn't get rejected

Wrong paperwork means rejected loads and late money. Catch it at upload, not at the factor.

    • POD upload link

The carrier's driver uploads BOL and POD photos from a link. They land on the right load.

      Status: Available

    • Paperwork checklist

Every load shows which papers are in and which are missing. No invoice until the POD is filed.

      Status: Available

    • Paperwork matching

The system reads load and pickup numbers on uploaded papers and flags a mismatch before billing.

      Status: Building now

    • Shipper email lists

Save each shipper's billing contacts once. Invoices, PODs and BOLs go to the right people.

      Status: Available

  4. Enter it once: billing and accounting

No more typing the same load into the TMS, the factor and QuickBooks.

    • Invoicing with terms

Invoice the shipper with net 7, 15, 30 or custom terms, POD and charges attached.

      Status: Available

    • QuickBooks in your format

Each load posts to QuickBooks in your exact layout: revenue, carrier pay and factoring fees. No retyping.

      Status: Building now

    • Triumph AR and AP

Submit the invoice, paperwork and carrier payment to Triumph in one step.

      Status: Building now

    • BasicBlock

Check a customer's MC with BasicBlock and send invoices to factoring from the load.

      Status: Available

    • Carrier pay and quick pay

Mark carriers paid, apply a 1, 2 or 3% quick-pay fee and email the receipt.

      Status: Available

    • Payments recorded

Log the shipper's check or ACH number with proof. The load settles when both sides are paid.

      Status: Available

    • Price wall

Only owners see the shipper rate and margin. Staff work the load without seeing your money.

      Status: Available

  5. See your whole book

    • Brokerage board

Every order from New Order to Settled, with the next step spelled out on each card.

      Status: Available

    • Table view, broker totals

A sheet-style table with loads, revenue, carrier pay, profit and margin per broker, by day or month.

      Status: Building now

    • Analytics

Margin versus last period, roll-ups by lane and customer, and your worst carrier and customer flagged.

      Status: Available

    • Aging at a glance

Unpaid invoices turn yellow at 5 days, orange at 15 and red at 30.

      Status: Available

    • Roles for your team

Brokers, carrier reps and accounting each see only the stages and money they need.

      Status: Available

  6. Stop missing contract loads

If you're working off email, the load is already gone. Move first.

    • Contract tenders auto-accepted

Contract tenders on your lanes are accepted in seconds, not whenever someone checks email.

      Status: Available

    • Tender to load

An accepted tender becomes a load with stops, dates, weight and reference numbers filled in.

      Status: Building now
