We don't train AI on it.
AI reads your rate cons and paperwork so you don't have to type them in. We don't train or fine-tune AI models on your loads, documents or customers.
Kept separate.
On our main platform, every record is tagged to your company, and the database itself blocks every other company from reading it.
Private deployment.
Want your TMS on its own infrastructure? We can deploy it privately, with its own database and its own servers.
Confidentiality.
We sign a data confidentiality agreement on request. Use ours, or send us yours.
And we never sell it.

Who can see my data?
Your team can, with the roles you set. On our side, your engineer and the people who build and support your system can see it, and only for that work. Service providers process it to run the system, such as hosting, database, file storage, document reading and maps. Ask us and we'll send you the list for your build. We don't show your data in a demo, a presentation or to another customer without your written OK.
Do you train AI on it?
No. AI reads your rate cons and paperwork so you don't have to type them in. We don't train or fine-tune AI models on your data. When you correct a field the AI misread, we may save the fix as a rule in your own account. It stays there and isn't shared with other customers. Want to know which AI services your build uses? Ask us, and we'll send you the list.
Can I export everything?
Yes, with our help. Reports, statements, payroll and IFTA worksheets download from the app at any time. For everything else, ask us, and we'll send you a copy of your records and files at no charge.
What happens if I leave?
On a month-to-month plan, you can leave whenever you like. Before you go, we'll send you a copy of your records and files at no charge.
Where is it hosted?
Our main platform's app servers run on Vercel in the Washington, D.C. area, and uploaded files are stored in New York. Builds differ, so ask us and we'll tell you where each part of yours runs.
