We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email, and phone number — and information generated through your use of our products, such as operational and usage data necessary to deliver the service.

We use information to run our products for you, including reading your documents with AI; to build, support, and secure your system; to bill you; to communicate with you; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who run parts of our products for us, such as hosting, databases, file storage, maps, and the AI services that read documents; with tools you connect, such as your ELD, accounting software, or email, on your instructions; when you tell us to; and when the law requires it. Not every customer's build uses every provider, so ask us for the list that applies to yours. We never sell carrier, broker, or shipper data, to each other or to anyone else.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
